We are currently seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician and/or Systems Administrator interested in joining our team full-time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Level 2 Technician will handle various service calls from our clients either on-site, remotely, or in the workshop. The technician will be responsible for network management, systems administration, and IT troubleshooting, as well as following up on open service requests.

CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications:

• Excellent proficiency in reading and writing in French;
• At least four (4) years of experience in technical support for clients;
• Hold a AEC or DEC in IT or equivalent;
• Required knowledge: Windows Server, Office 365, HyperV, VM-Ware, Active Directory, Network, Azure, and others;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent client-oriented approach, strong communicator, interpersonal skills, team player, autonomous and responsible;
• Bilingualism (French and English) will be considered an asset.
