Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and manage the evolution of the Netscalers of Malicis and our various customers in their infrastructures and in the Azure/AWS/Google Cloud ;
• Maintain and update Netscalers ;
• Evaluate, plan, and control the activities of the various internal projects as well as those of our customers ;
• Produce documentation and transfer knowledge ;
• Produce the reports, audits and procedures necessary for customer needs ;
• Act as an expert by providing advice on all matters relating to Netscaler environments ;
• Identify and study technological innovations in the Application Delivery Controller (ADC) market ;

Requirements :

• Experience in deploying and updating Citrix Netscaler VPX, MPX or SDX

  • Implementation of HA / Cluster configuration

• Experience with Citrix Gateway

  • Integration with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

  • nFactor and SAML

  • AAA Virtual Servers

  • Authentication Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, OCSP…

  • EPA policy configurations

• Experience in L4-L7 traffic management

  • Load Balancing of website, applications

    • Access algorithms

    • Session persistence

    • Server monitoring

  • Content Switch

    • Query redirection

  • Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB)

    • Distribution algorithms

  • Traffic domains

• Application acceleration configurations

  • Protocol optimizations

• Experience with application security configurations

  • DoS attacks

  • Content rewriting and response control

  • Web app firewall (WAF)

  • GRE tunnel

• Network settings

  • Link aggregation

  • IPv4 to IPv6 and IPv6 to IPv4 conversion

• Be able to communicate in English and have excellent written and spoken French ;

• Detain a college diploma with a specialization in computer science or a certificate of relevant studies ;

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position ;

• Hold a recognized certification in Citrix (CCA-AppDS, CCP-AppDS).
