Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the execution of IT projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating IT projects for MSP clients.
  • Communicate project goals, timelines, and updates to both internal teams and clients.
  • Track project milestones, KPIs and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with various departments, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, project plans, and status reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Support project managers in managing client expectations and ensuring projects meet agreed-upon specifications.
  • Prepare and participate in project meetings, offering administrative and logistical support.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within an IT, technology, or MSP environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or related certifications.
  • Experience in the Managed Services or IT industry.
