Senior Infrastructure & Intune Administrator
Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, configure infrastructures in an MSP environment, and ensure security with Microsoft Defender and Entra ID. Perform diagnostics, write technical documentation, coordinate deployments, and resolve critical incidents. Share expertise, support hybrid environments, and collaborate with teams for system stability and technological advancements.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including enrollment, configuration, and monitoring deployment and application update policies.
- Install and configure complete infrastructures in an MSP environment, ensuring advanced management of Active Directory, SQL, and security through Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Perform in-depth diagnostics (authentication, replication, DNS) and intervene to ensure the continuity and stability of systems.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams by writing technical documentation and Scopes of Work in both French and English, while coordinating deployments and project follow-up.
- Contribute to the resolution of critical incidents, maintain continuous technological monitoring, and share your expertise with junior team members, integrating hybrid environments with various technologies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience in managed services (MSP).
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and security policy management.
- Mastery of Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, including cloud service management and security.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for IT environment protection.
- Skills in managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including cloud and hybrid services.
- Mastery of VMware environments, especially vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi, for infrastructure virtualization.
