Technical Director
The Technical Director provides leadership and expertise to the Managed Services and Professional Services teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and technical excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role focuses on technology strategy, innovation, and best practices to support client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across Managed Services and Professional Services.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that enhance service delivery.
- Ensure teams follow best practices in cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and software solutions.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Lead technical training and mentorship programs for staff.
- Standardize and optimize service delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance service offerings.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex client issues.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within IT services.
- Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an ITIL or ITSM-driven environment.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
